In short
When Nigal ran its first Lifestyle Exhibition at Pongal in 2020, Trichy was not an exhibition market. Brands went to Chennai, Coimbatore or Madurai and treated Trichy as a stop on the way. That one edition changed the arithmetic. Today four to five lifestyle exhibitions run in this city every month, on the template we set.
We do not sub-contract the event and sit in the office. Permissions, ground marking, stall layout, electrical load, stage, sound, artist coordination, crowd flow, vendor payments and the teardown at two in the morning are all ours. That is why the same clients come back for the next one.

Ten days, across Trichy
A ten day roadshow with permissions secured across Trichy Railway Station, Tiruchirappalli International Airport, the Srirangam temple precinct and Kallanai Dam. The permissions were the hard part, and they were ours.
Tamil Nadu Startup and Business Awards
Trichy, then Madurai
153 awards across roughly 85 categories in a single night, then repeated in Madurai. Nominations, jury, staging and run of show handled in-house.
Decathlon marathon
End to end
Route, timing, hydration, medical, volunteers and branding, run on the circular format where the start line is also the finish line.
Holi Utsav
Three years running, from March 2024
Our signature open event. Now a fixture in the Trichy calendar, run three consecutive years.

A home-bakers festival that puts the city’s kitchen-table businesses in front of real customers before the festive season.

Questions
Yes. Permissions are a core part of what we do, including police, corporation, fire, electrical and location specific approvals. The VietJet roadshow needed clearances across the railway station, the airport, Srirangam and Kallanai Dam, and we obtained all of them.
Yes. We have run events across Tamil Nadu, including a repeat of the Tamil Nadu Startup and Business Awards in Madurai.
Yes. Stage, truss, lighting, sound, SFX and decor come from Alankar Decor, which is part of the same group. That is why our timelines hold.
For an exhibition or a concert, two to three months is comfortable. For a corporate event or an activation we have turned work around in under two weeks. Call and we will tell you honestly whether the date is workable.
